Fresh summer juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks of mint

  • 2 stalks of basil

  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 25g ginger

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 red apple (as desired)

Preparation:

Juice the mint, basil, spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon and lime in the juicer. If the juice is too sour, juice the red apple if you like.

Effect:

This delicious, strong green juice scores with lots of vitamins A and K. It is alkalizing, strengthens the immune system and is also good for the skin.

Erdbeer Milchshake

Fine strawberry smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 pak choi

  • 2 handfuls of strawberries

  • 1 handful of red grapes

  • 1 banana

Preparation:

Puree the pak choi and fruits in a blender until creamy. If necessary, mix in a little more water until the desired consistency is achieved

Effect:

This smoothie is full of vitamin K. It promotes bone health and prevents inflammation. Is anti-oxidant, stimulates fat burning and is digestive.

Green fiber bomb

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 savoy cabbage

  • 1/2 broccoli

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves

  • 1 handful of green grapes

  • 1 red apple

Preparation:

Juice savoy cabbage, broccoli, spinach, grapes and apple in the juicer. Pour the juice into a glass.

Effect:

This juice is full of vitamin C and antioxidants. It mobilizes the immune system and helps ward off diseases. It is also digestive, good for the skin and blood-forming.

Stress killer

Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks of mint

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 orange

  • 2 handfuls of kale

Preparation:

Effect:

Ginger shot

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 50g ginger

Preparation:

Fill the agave syrup into a glass. Juice the ginger and lemon in the juicer. Pour the juice into a glass and stir everything well.

Effect:

The lemon yellow drink has a very beneficial effect on the respiratory system and the heart. It is also digestive and blood-forming.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml coconut water

  • 1 red apple

  • 1 jalapeno chilli hote (amount as desired)

  • 1 small bunch of coriander greens

  • 2 handfuls of rocket

Preparation:

Pour coconut water into a glass. Juice the apple, chilli hote, coriander and rocket in the juicer. Mix the juice with the coconut water.

Effect:

This juice has a naturally stimulating effect. It promotes digestion and helps to keep the mind clear. It detoxifies, strengthens the immune system and stimulates the organism.
